Why do so many people have different names for the same things? Me and my friends made a spoof the other day(A toilet paper roll with bounty sheets in it) and we brought it to a hotel for a conference. We made some friends there and when we called it a spoof during a session they all laughed cause to them it was a hello neighbor. I stuffed a cigarette with pot and my group calls it a silent joker but to other groups it is a doobie butt, chiv and pig buster. I am currently poor and can't afford much weed so I scraped my bowl out and collected what my group calls rez, my buddy got angry and said it was oil like all his friends call it. Even bongs are different, I have learned 6 different names for what I have always known as the female piece. I think we need a definite set of words to correspond to all these things so as not to confuse people. This is the world I want to live in .
The guy that called rez "oil" is an idiot. And everyone uses different slang words when it comes to weed. It's just the way she goes. Stoner lingo can be pretty confusing but all the words generally sound like they have the same meaning.

Yeah the names can get really confusing, especially when your just starting out. It can be embarresing to ask people in person though in the beginning.
Well dealers making up names for their weed is nothing new. Thats been around since the begining and it will be around till the end.
yeah dude kids around here used to sell this dirt weed and call it "zona" to fool people into thinking it was good shit.

yeah oil? its resin, or what is left over after the bulk of something has been used. i don't mind strain names either, they serve a good purpose when its legit but theres too many stupid ass hustlers out there and i could see how it gets annoying.
there was a time when i thought pot, weed and marijuana were 3 different things. you live and learn. tell those fuckers you'll call it whatever you want to, a bowl by any other name will still get you high.

If you think oil and resin are the same thing ..... I almost wana say you should go kill yourself, but thinking oil and resin are the same thing is punishment enough.
