IVe seen dreads that have absolutly no friz i quess it was because he had them so long. They were like round rocks
was he african? black dreasds the hairs so tightly bound it wont frizz rrally. that \or he coulda been a candle head with em all glued down even the onldest dreads have lil frizz normaly. mined are probly older then you and still have frizz just a fact of life especualy in non african hair types but thank god for frizz, it helps the dreads feel more fuzzy anfd cuddly otherwise thgeyd be scaratchy i imagine but frizz is like a lil soft cottony bumper that makes em feel \good against your skin
