I figure I let you know their having a documentary on prescription meds being street drugs. Well enjoy,
Id like to see it as well, anyone know when it will be on again? MSNBC usually repeats it's specials all the time especially on the weekends.
I watched it was just mostly about Oxycontin and a lot about Pharmacy robberies and they had interviews with ex addicts who got caught robbing pharmacys and said that painkiller use has gone up extremely this generation. It was about much more but those are the subjects that stuck out to me
um cuz they robbed pharmacies at gun point for upwards of 100k worth of controlled narcotics? idk just a guess -_-
My fear is that stuff like this will eventually lead to a "crackdown" on doctors and pharmacists which will make it impossible for true pain sufferers to get the medications they need. I am not one to judge and everyone has thierreasons for using opiates, but God I hope it doesn't lead to true pain patients not getting their medication. Opiates literally changed my life for the better 10 years ago when I found a doctor who actually gave a shit. Here is where I stand: 1. People who rob pharmacies should go to jail for good. 2. Doctors who allow patients to suffer without proper meds should lose there liscence. 3. A God given plant should not be criminalized. Legalize opium and guess what? No crime, no chicken shit doctors, no Rx generation problems, no mafia, no Aids from dirty needles. But no crime and prison dollars stolen from tax payers so it will never happen.
