Any solutions? I want to start taking vitamins again. I was taking prenatal vitamins but I think they were making me moody or something. I just wish I didn't feel so blah and I figure if I were to take a vitamin or eat a certain food it would really help out with my energy level when my period comes.
Kill people. You know you want to. Those hormones piss you off, everyone gets on your nerves. Killing people is a good adrenaline rush.
Drink water, avoid sugar and caffiene. Vitamins help, too, and so does sunlight. Well, it works for me, at least. And if you get cramps really badly, smoke weed. Not only will it help the cramps, but it helps with the moodiness. =]
I feel the same way.. and its just about that time of the month. I try to drink alot of water but have a bad caffeine addiction so it never works out. I get the worst cramps ever but I don't smoke pot so I usually just down a few ibuprofen and good to go.
proper food/sleep/exercise, etc. fuckitall if i can manage any of those all at the same time. i just sleep.
