in the mirror. Usually after I work out, and other random times during the day. I like to get naked and look at my body, how thin and sleek I am. How nice my muscles look and how they get bigger after each weight training session. Yes I'm narcissistic, and I'm a guy. Anyone else do this?

I like makeing really retarded looking faces and wierd body positions in the mirror, like shrugging my shoulders as far as up as they can go and waving my arms back and forth really lankey like or just doing retarded dances when i'm hyper. I often make myself luagh outloud. Why is it ur muscles always look biggest right after a workout? hmmm.
I used to do that when I was training a lot. I guess it's partly about a sense of accomplishment and partly vanity. I don't do this anymore. I know I'm hot, why waste time staring at myself when I can bless others with my dashingly good looks?
haha jimmy. I think it does have something to do with a sense of accomplishment. Its probably reinforcing working out and then checking yourself out in the mirror thinking "damn I look good, and its because I worked out/took care of my body". I think my mirror face is a kind of sly/cool look. like "yeah I look good, i know it...I'm just pretending like its not a big deal". I'm not sure why your muscles look bigger. Obviously it has something to do with using them. I think next time I work out I'll go out into public right after and show off my slightly bigger muscles which I don't really have lol.
HA! :cheers2: Yeah i do this too, i guess its due to the fact i was overweight since i was like 10, and now began working out and quitting many bad habbits. So to someone who always considered themselves unatractive, to all of a sudden see major improvements - its both motivational and a great reward, and it helps understand that theres still much left to do, and that that will lead to even greater rewards.
My GF is going through the same thing write now. I've been telling her she should start looking in the mirror also, since she she bugs me when I do it. lol. If I'm an idiot I guess that means I should put a picture of you in my signiture.
haha ok my apologies. I suppose that was a perfectly legimate question. It's been a stressful week...I don't whack off. Theres nothing sexual about it.
When I asked you if you whacked off, it was a totally off the wall whacked off question. It wasn't meant to be serious. I just get a kick on how fired up some of these people get when I find a button to push. Some posts I make are quite serious, but sometimes it is just hard to say. I just hope you have a better week next week, keep an eye out, because there are always a few people I seem to annoy from day to day. Cheers...
When you put stress on your muscles, they are pumped full of blood and fluids, thus making them bigger for up to two days. Try doing a heavy high-rep low-weight session (many sets of 50 reps) and your muscles will be super tight and pumped. That is why they look bigger right after you train. Here's another interesting fact: When you first get up in the morning, your muscles will appear to have a lot more definition than otherwise. This is because you have spent most the fluids in your body. Try having a few glasses of water, wait a little while, and then re-check yourself out after waking up in the morning. Bodybuilders and sculptors will not hydrate for up to 24 hours before a competition for this effect.
my mirror experiences are usually along the lines of "well hell, all things considered, i don't look that bad, i should look much worse than this."
