my brothers girlfriend uses it to wash her hair.
i had to use it a few times when i had no shampoo.
it didnt seem to do any damage, and smells pretty good.

if itsd a clarifying shsampoo its good fror removing residues..it may not be all that its a preffered type
but as far as commercial shamo acceess to comercial stuff (and cant make your own deep cleanse"0 then by all means that should be fine.
    not ideal..but fine

however..not very environmentasly freindly if thats a concern of yours.
just thiught u should be aware

thanks, at the moment ive just been looking for something i can find at king soopers, or general gocery stores.

i can make stuff for the deep cleanse, and for a while i used baking soda, my hair and scalp like it just fine, but it makes my back and legs itch like a mofo

lol use it on your hair and not your back and legs..lol
and if u get it there rince uit good
it can give ya that tingkle that verges on an intence itch as its doing its work so i giess if left on would drive u insane,,lol

i usualy pour over my beard, then over my scalp
then lean over with my dreads hanging next to me and pourt the last over the length..
so doesnt really get on my body except my chest frombeard runnoff

then i rince way past the point where i think i got it good..lol
i just love to keep on rincing and rincing and rincing
not that i feel i have to, just enjoty it and think it cant hurt to be sure i get everything out good

I put it in the bathroom sink, let my dreads soak up as much as they can, then put a towel on my head for half an hour, then shower and rinse.

I personally wouldn't use anything whose ingredients list read like something straight out of science lesson. As a rule of thumb, if I can't read the names of the substances without having to first sound them out a syllable at a time, it doesn't go on my head.

I would baking soda and/or ACV over that shampoo and both can be found at any grocery store.
