I've learned to channel energy, Chi, whatever you wish to call it, to a certain point of my body. The other day I woke up with a gouge in my foot, that looked like someone had driven a nail into while I slept. It hadn't gotten much better after about a week. So, last night, I decided I'd try something. I began to meditate. I visualized the energy sorrounding me, I breathed it in, I made it part of me. Then, I used energy to push energy (if that makes any sense?) from my arms to my chest, from my chest to my waist, my waist to my knees, my knees to my foot. Today, it already hurts less! I was wondering.. Is there a way to give this energy a specific task, so to speak? I know it's helping, but I beleive there is a way I can get it to "know" to heal, etc. Anyone got an idea?
Just as you were doing, never will it be IMMEDIATE healing but it can really boost the healing process. Other than that I don't know, of course there are hundreds of ways to channel your chi to do a specific task just don't know where you could look to learn. It's your body though, be your own master/sensei, through meditation learn more about your body/chi and question your mind on how you might use this, through practice it will come to you. Good luck! Peace.
Yeah i guess so. Just use your intent. Energy follows thought and intent takes you to where you need to go. But perhaps you should think about undoing that 'programing' after your foot has healed ... you wouldn't want all your chi in your foot for the rest of your life would you Personally i would just let your foot heal naturally ... your body knows what to do without your mind getting involved.
Dude, think about what you just said. Wounds hurting less than they did the day before tends to be the norm for basically everybody. I could be wrong, but is it possible that you instilled a Placebo Effect upon yourself by paying so much attention to your wound and expecting it to change in some positive way via meditation? I believe the mind can do amazing things, including trick itself (aka Placebo Effect). The fact that you noticed "It hurt less!" instead of noticing a physical change in the wound further proves my point. Pain is all in your mind, and it was in your mind that you overcame some pain that this wound gave you. If the wound had healed physically at an unusual rate, it would be an entirely different story. I know it's kind of a debbie downer, but bro, rapid regeneration just ain't real. What you did was just as good though! If you can learn to implement a Placebo Effect in your everyday life, you will accomplish amazing things, and you're already doing it to certain degree. Sorry to crush your hopes of being able to heal really fast, but unless your name is Claire Bennet, you're not gonna have much luck. Sorry if I came off as a jerk, it wasn't my intention. See ya around..
Not that it only hurts less. For a week I noticed no change, and in 2 days it already looks a helluva lot better. I beleive I can manipulate Chi to heal faster, but even if it's a placebo, it's working too, so no matter.
It really doesn't matter haha. What's a wound without the pain that comes with with it? Bro if you believe you can manipulate Chi and it helps you, then keep on doing whatever you're doing. Just remember that you never knew Chi even existed until you read about it over the internet ;-)
I remember being lil and playing with energy...especially with my pets, I would try to feel them without touch. It was fun
congratulations you have single handedly mastered how to magically manipulate the force of the universe! Yes YOU, some kid from canada has discovered how to use chi, the life energy the chineese discovered centuries ago. Well congratulations canadian kid! you are a real jedi now! (either that or your foot is getting better )
You never knew alot of things existed until you read and or heard about it. Doesn't mean they never existed before hand.
