So yea, i have a decent tolerance to opiates. Nothing INSANE like 200mg of oxy a day or anything, but i do need AT LEAST 30-40mg oxy or 40-60mg hydro to feel ok. I can't find any roxis around, so i've been eating lortab 10/500's for a couple days. Last night, I ate 3 10's at 9pm and didn't feel much, then ate another about 45 minutes later. I felt ok and went to sleep. Today, I have 6 10's left and I was wondering if it's ok to eat them at once to get a good opiate high....? My worry is the acetaminophen.... I am aware of the damage it can cause to your liver. I am aware that I should keep it under 2g of acetaminophen in one dose and try to stay under 4g in a 24 hour period. But I don't think a one time dose of 60mg hydro/3g acetaminophen will do too much damage. It's just that today is my only day off, but I have to get to sleep by at least 10pm in order to get up and get to work at 5am. I won't have another day off for a long time, so i want to take advantage of this one, lol. I would like to wait until 9pm rolls around, so that 24 hours have passed since i last ingested acetaminophen, but if i do that, i will waste my high because i have to go to sleep by 10pm. I will spend the entirety of my high asleep So, i guess my question is.... it is 2:30pm right now. is it cool if i go ahead and eat the 6 10's now, so that i can enjoy my high until i have to go to sleep without the worry of liver failure due to too much acetaminophen intake within a 24 hour period? I mean, i know friends that have ingested as much as 15g of acetaminophen in ONE SITTING and were abslutely fine, just nauseous. That is 7g's over the fatal dose of acetaminophen and they should be FUCKING DEAD. I'm just talking about a measly 3g's here, in comparison to that monstrosity of a dose.... some educated info would be greatly appreciated. thanks alot!!! :cheers2:

Man, I have always heard that shit about not taking more than 4g of acetaminophen in one day but I think that is mostly bullshit. When my tolerance was at its peak, 300-500mg of Oxycontin daily, and I could not get Oxy or Dilaudid then I would take fifteen to twenty 10mg Percosets or Lortab. I know that is a terrible thing to do to your liver but I never once got terribly sick, maybe a little nausea, but that was it. There were several times that I took 40 or more 10mg pills in one day and like I said, nothing bad ever happened. I did have friends though that could not take more than five or six pills with acetaminophen at once because they did get too sick, so, you never know. Anyways, I am not telling you to take all 6 of the pills but it never bothered me. Do what you want and enjoy your day off! -NICU

Lortab 10/500's. The only differences are: 1) The ones they were taking were the pink ones with imprint of V 3600. The ones I'm taking are blue and have the imprint of WATSON 540. 2) I am going to take 6 of them, which is 30mg hydro/ 3,000mg acetaminophen. They fucking took 250mg hydro/ 12,500mg acetaminophen!!!! Yes.... they are fucking morons in the general opinion. That is why I felt the need to ask some educated opiate explorers on this forum, rather than ask a total imbecile thanks euphorial!!

I was referring to my friends, who are retarded in many various ways, aside from taking such a dose. so, no offense intended, if you took that as an insult. Tolerance and withdrawals suck and sometimes cause desperation. Many people are aware of that. That doesn't even remotely make you a dumbass. Especially in your case, where you can take the entire extraction right now and not have to worry about taking 10mL of water out of a jar when you need pain relief. If the link is tl;dr basically what you it is is that the opiate is water soluble and the APAP isn't, which lets you separate them. 1) Crush up your pills very finely 2) Crush them some more 3) Dilute in 10 mL cold water per pill 4) mix it up really well 5) Put into the freezer, until the solution is almost frozen (when you see crystals start to form) 6) Filter through cheesecloth and a coffee filter 7) Drink the liquid. He tells you to filter again, concentrate the solution. You just want to get most of the APAP out. One filtration should do that for you.
