Okay thanks man, I moved some for a buddy once. That shit really bothered me, but there are risks with shit like that so I got over the feeling. If I'm correct, if you had a qauter ounce you could be charged with intent to sell? Can't be nothing less right?

umm... i don't think so tim.

if you can, grow before you're 18, because that way theres less of a chance to be tried as an adult.

but if you can move out before you're 18, then props to you, start growing both.

regardless of whether or not they are aware of it happening, if you are caught growing/manufacturing controlled substances in a parents home, while a minor, THEY will face charges as well.

In many states you can be charged as an adult while still being under 18.

There was a kid that was tried as an adult because he accidentally killed his neighbor when they were wrestling. The kid pulled some move he saw on WWE or something.

The kid was like 12 or 13

 

Thats fucked up ^^ When you're twelve thats fucking bullshit that you can get tried as an adult. Especially for something like that.

 

Yep, he got sentenced to 5 years in jail...like REAL jail, no juvie for him.

His life is soooo fucked up. He's going to come out, not completing middle-school, no highschool whatsoever, and he has a felony on his record.

The neighbor's mother didn't want to press charges because it was an accident, but the government (state or local? im not sure) brought it because it was a "murder."

The kid really has no future. He'd be mid-20s before he got a highschool diploma. No way would he get into many colleges, and I don't doubt he probably wouldnt even go back to school.

 

That sucks so hard. The neighbor didn't even want to press charges!!! What the fuck! His life is ruined because of the government, awesome.

 

That is all well and good but they can also charge the people who own or rent the house he lives in for example his parents. Just because they don't know about it does not mean they are not going to be held responsible. With the laws as they are they will be more than happy to do so....
