The seventies, eighties, ninties, zeroes?

Well you all know how we say the seventies, eighties, ninties, well what are we supposed to call this decade? Does anybody have a clue becuase everyone ive asked has no idea how

 

i've wondered this too. i've heard people call it the "new mellenia" though that won't hold up in 20-30 years

 

theres a word, i just dont remember it

 

i always think this lol...we're probably gonna start a whole new thing.otherwise when we get to the 20s and so on, we're just gonna get confused.

20 hundreds i suppose, what doesnt make sense is saying two thousand and nine...it should be twenty 0 nine..otherwise we should have been calling the 1990's, the one thousand nine hundred and ninety's

The 2000's. That's what I call it. Though idk what I'm gonna do for 2010-2020 and so on. Considering I live that long

What about the 10s... What are we going to call the 10s? The "tens"? That seems weird...

 

In the 1900 they called it the 19 hundreds right? So it's gonnah be the 20 hundreds.

 

I was gonna reply to this thread....until I realized I already did, twice.

 

You can't call this the new millennium, it doesn't seem like we've progressed at all. We should call it the worst decade ever to be living. Let's all head back to 1969 and legalize weed and see how our world turns out.
