other than what I've suggested previously I really have nothing else to offer as far as advice goes. I'm not holding out on you.. just really don't know what else to say. Maybe.. keep posting and looking?

    good luck. :)

my advice ,once again, speak to rainbowgeek.

just because he didnt respond because he is totally disenfranchised with your average "i wanna join a commune" type does not mean he is totally closed off to accepting someone new there.

besides you keep insisting your not like the rest,so convince him,not us.

like i have said from the start,no legitimate successful commune is going to accept you on a internship without grilling you just as much as you have been grilled here, albeit in a different way im sure, but they are not going to let you walk in until they are satisfied you are possibly going to be a decent fit..

as far as your comment last time i suggested this, "well if he was interested he should talk to me",he has the ball and you are the one wanting to play. its your job to step up and contact him,not the other way around.

what a negative place. man wants to live on earth, not the united states, i see what hes saying. he wants to be free, he wants to survive, he does not want to conform. i digg what hes saying, he just wants to find some like minded people that he gets good vibes from and he wants to truely live, in every sense of the word. hey man check out some rainbow gethering you WILL meet some great people, some real humans man, and maybe theyll help you, its easier face to face than on this thing man

man, just scored some strained-out acapulco and wow, i must say, i can barely type right now. :D i appreciate your thoughts guys and i will try to go to a rainbow gathering asap, just to get a feel for the family....i am sure they are wonderful people. matter of fact, i know they are incredible people just because they are the "....largest organization of non-members in the world," and because they seem like they would be right up my alley with morals and values.

anyways, i am pretty impressed by the length of this thread, especially being that it is only a few days old and would like to thank you for ALL of your input. you all are wonderful people despite what i have said; although, maybe some of you need to be a little more careful distinguishing your generalizations, but it's all gravy because we all have work to do...including myself :)

i figured you were a part :) how often are gatherings, and are they all over the world, at multiple times of the year? i will do more researching myself but it would be helpful if you could inform me.

btw, hippiehillbilly, i truly apologize for saying what i had said to you. yet again, i guess i was just a little frustrated because of the way things went at first. Oh well :) you seem like a very dedicated person, and for that my friend-I give you two thumbs up. :)
