i agree. seeing wild animals always makes me happy, especially closer than usual and if i have my camera on me. also when my boyfriend leaves me notes for when i wake up when i'm on late shifts. going back home to devon and taking my dogs out to the beach. the sea, the countryside, the mountains. the sunshine.
The ocean/sea , the sky on a clear night, finding money in my other pants' pocket that I long forgot about, driving late at night when all the streets are empty.
When I see a fox When my little rother surprises me by doing the dishes Chilly saturday mornings Extra sultana's in my sultana bran cerial Spending time with my little sister
a kiss on my cheek. a casual hi from somebody a hot cup of chocolate milk when its sunny when its raining my player makes me extremely happy when i`m in school
The smell of beer in pubs when its Summer( ok yes thats weird) Seeing a football stadium in the distance when I'm going to a match Seeing a city from a new point of view when I'm in a plane. When I awake up and one of my cats is standing on my chest , waiting for me to wake up...
It's a bit different than that.... I am human therefore I am not always happy, happy is a feeling that comes and goes.. I am content... And what I meant by my statement where I stated "waking up every morning and or breathing" I meant that each day that I awake, each day that I get to live I am grateful for.. I am not going to state why or my reasoning because that is personal, but I don't take life for granted, I appreciate each day I have...
I was reading about those Qabbalah people with red bracelets (u know like Britney Spears) and they say a prayer on going to bed and on waking up. Its sort of meant to clean the mind /soul whatever... from the dark forces we're meant to meet while asleep...
To do what I want to do that day, whether it be relaxing or working or creating something, if I'm doing something I want to, I'm happy. When someone smiles at me; makes me feel as if I am the cause of someone's smile/happiness, and that makes me happy. When I can just breathe and realize what it is I want out of life, and realize that I already have it...
I didn't mean it int that context either, which i never heard of.. Dark forces while asleep? That's a new one...
Hershey's milk chocolate somehow ALWAYS makes my day a little better. And baby carrots dipped in ranch dressing.
Chocolate was something I Gave up for Lent... I am still Happy so Apparently I Do Not Need Chocolate for that... Something Little that makes me Happy... Riding my Bike! (Big Kid)
Dark forces are probably me... No what it means , I think , is that u *should* be happy when u wake up. Sort of like people die in their sleep ,when they lose their purpose and the happiness they get on waking.Or sthg ... dunno...LOL
