I love my little girl!

Ok, this is prolly gonna be a bit mushy, cause my daughter just turned 9 yesterday and we celebrated her birthday this weekend. And I'm feeling a bit sentimental cause she's in her last year before turning double digits , and growing up so fast! *sniff*

Anyway, she was so happy yesterday and saying how it was her BDE.. which is "best day ever". And then she was SO appreciative of every gift we gave her. It's so great when kids are appreciative.. makes you want to give them stuff. She's such a sweetie, really... she always tells me "mommy you're so beautiful" and "I love you more than you'll ever know", and stuff like that.

Just feeling all warm & fuzzy this morning.

She had a sleepover on Saturday with one of her friends. They were running around playing and I said "I love how much you love each other." She said " We live each other more than we love each other"

How profound is that. I wish we all felt that way.

kids say the darnest things! lol! now my husband's bday is tomorrow and I'm getting ready for that. we pretty much have an extended bday celebration around here. I think his big present this year is gonna be a rifle. and a nice long bj, of course.
