    I made a borderline vindaloo the other night with cauliflower and peas. It killed most of my gut flora. I've been eating massive amounts of probiotic yogurt since Friday. No more spicy stuff for a while, my poops don't like it.

    I like Thai curries more than Indian ones, although all forms of nan and roti are awesome.

    Spicy = win

    I take turmeric supplements. Cayenne, too, which is also good for circulation.

    Me too!

    I want naan bread! and sit in a big pillow on the floor, with tiny wooden bowls filled with yummyness where I can dip my bread in.

    :(

    You know what's really kinda cool is Ethiopian food. I had that a few months ago at a restaurant. And they serve a big plate right in the center with all kinds of dips and little piles of food on it. And each person gets their own bread thingy (similar to Naan) and they share what's on the center plate. Apparently Ethiopians eat very communal-style and share everything. I just love experiencing different cultures and customs! The food was pretty good too.
