    Hi,

I've had an on-going problem now for a long time where either I cant (a) get an erection, (b) maintain an erection, or (c) prematurely ejaculate at the wrong times!

I do wake up sometimes with an erection but I cant seem to maintain it long enough during sexual intercourse.

I believe that I'm mentally attracted and it's causing me major distress when I'm making love to my girlfriend and my member doesn't work.

It's even more depressing when I hear stories where my friends have lasted for an extended period of time where I can't even last 5-10 minutes for fear of loosing my erection.

I'm in my mid-twenties and I'm after some advice on what I can do. I've tried Viagra and it works but I'm after more of a natural remedy that will help me in the long run.

    Please help me!

    Wells

Stress is a big issue with everyone these days. Lack of sleep, poor nutrition, poor physical condition, high blood pressure - there are bunches of things you can be having a problem with. Stress would be high on the list as you detail in your example.
Relax and try (Try being the operative word) to not think about how long you will last or even if it will work. Go with the flow and concentrate on your partner not yourself.
Things will improve. You might want to talk to your doctor as well just to make sure nothing medical is going on.

Go over your diet and exercise patterns. If you do not exercise, start.

Something you could try is tribulus.. it will increase testosterone production (slightly, don't worry) and most people report highly increased sex drive.

But make sure you're treating your body like the temple it is.

take care of your body, and it will take care of you in return. if you have a strange schedule or routine, then your body isn't going to react properly...which leads to problems like yours.
