I used to have a cali kingsnake. It was a beautiful animal, and apart from being expensive to set up initially, very easy and cheap to keep. What kind of snake was it? The first snake I ever held was a boa constrictor. Snakes always surprise and impress me with their incredible strength.
I have had all kinds of snakes through the years just don't let em bite ya just cause they aren't venemous doesn't mean they don't have teeth...... .... and sharp fucking teeth
Bite's not bad unless it's big, in my experience. And similarly in my experience, smaller ones bite more.
I love snakes! They are so pretty and cuddly! When I was in 6th grade, my science teacher had one and I was the only one brave enough other than the teacher, to let it sit around my neck. I fucking loved that snake. I remember I used to take tests with it wrapped around my arm and I couldn't write because she was too big of a snake. haha.
Probably more people get hurt by the non-poisonous types. Their bites can cause just as much trouble (infections, etc). .
snakes make wonderful friends. my brother had many snakes when we were teenagers... his burmese python escaped one day and i had to catch that mean little biter! his 6 foot red tail boa was the reason i had a rabbit.. my mother wouldn't let him feed the rabbit to the snake..
Wow, last night i had a dream about a crocodile and a snake. I was trying to tame the crocodile, and as i was doing that, i felt a tickle on my back, and i looked behind myself and it was a watersnake! I was so freightened by the snake that i woke up.
