i recently bought one of these holds "8 glasses" (not as pictured) and i make sure i drink the whole thing every day
Yea boog, we had a thread like this not too long ago. I drink random amounts. I want to drink more. And yeah, I said that last time too.
A lot... Never calculated or did a study on my water consumption.. When I am thirsty, I drink it.. When I am doing something active and sweating, I drink it..(water that is)
right now, not much at all. maybe a 1/2 gallon at most usually, when i am training and moving around much more, i get close to 2 gallons a day
i drink at least 70 oz. a day. more, when more active. minimum intake should be one-half oz. of water for every one lb. of flesh. your weight divided by two = # of oz. this is a great book: YOUR BODY'S MANY CRIES FOR WATER ~ water guzzler
