Jack loves to rub my belly and give it kisses. He even talks to it and a lot of times it's out of his own initiative. It's so cute and it makes me so happy that I feel like crying

Jack is being incredibly good. Im even a little scared of how good he's being, so no smacks are necessary. You can smack the kitty though, he's always bad

I miss having little ones around. I'm about to hit my little sister up, tell her she better give me a niece or nephew soon! Although with her possibly moving out of state within a year with her boyfriend, I might not get to see it much anyway. I'm sure she'd just LOVE to hear I'm planning on her getting pregnant soon. *laughs*

Haha, Im sure she'll like that. You can tell her that she needs to have a baby, so you can borrow it from time to time.

 

You should have seen me when I found out my SIL was pregnant with #2 (she had been trying for years and years). I don't know who was more excited! And I love my little nephew. He'll be 3 in July. I just get a kick out of how he runs to the door when I come over to visit, so excited to see me, and how he'll pat the floor next to him and say "sit with me An Hedder" or how he'll grab my hand and make me follow him everywhere, and how before my SIL puts him down for a nap, he'll reach over to me, give me a hug and a big kiss and say "nigh-nigh An Hedder". Awww.

I love my older nephew too of course, but he's 17, and I wasn't around when he was first born. I became his aunt when he was 7 years old, so having another nephew and being there for the birth and whatnot was a totally different experience.

 

No, I just wanna touch it.

I remember my mum being pregnant on my four youngest siblings. I used to always hug and rub her belly. I also spent quite a lot of time about 18 months ago pestering a friend of mine for a touch of hers. I just can't help it.

Whenever I see a pregnant woman, I have an unbelievable urge to touch/rub her belly. almost as if it's some kind of magic lamp.

It used to freak me out when complete strangers would come up to me out in public and try to touch my belly when I was pregnant. In fact, it got to the point where I would walk around with both arms craddling my belly, as if to say "Mine! Don't touch!" *laughs* It worked though.

 

I would have been one of those freaks.

It doesnt really bother me when people touch my belly. Strangers havent really touched it, the only time it kinda annoyed me was when I was 4 months and I was at a party and this drunk guy touched it without even asking and I didnt even really have a belly back then.

 

Yeah, that would have been pretty annoying I would think!

 

I hardly ever touched my sister's belly. I wouldnt like for someone to intrude on my personal space. Inless she asked.
She complained when other people touched her belly.
