Sacramento Area - Grass Valley

Well just arrived in the area after an extended long trip on ythe bus from coast to coast, of course it was an interesting trip as usual. It never seems to let me down, but I always meet some cool people and some crazy ass people. Not sure how long I'm gonna be in the area, depending on work and living situation. Might just hitch up the coast.

I just got offered a job in the Sacramento area. Is there any kind of hip community there? I just got out of redneck wyoming and I don't want to go anywhere where there aren't at least a few like minded people.

 

I used to live in Grass Valley/Nevada City. Very nice place. Lots of artisans.

 

Try an old place called Espresso Metropolitan (Metro) near Sac City College (Freeport Blvd. and 11th Avenue). Hippest cafe, coolest folks in Sac.
