Russian govt embracing global warming b/c of possible lower heating costs!

    has anyone heard about the Russian government's unbelievable response to Global warming!? They're celebrating because warming means lower heating costs!!!

    The source is a humor website, so I'm not sure how seriously to take it, but jeez. I read it here: Russia Embraces Global Warming, Cheaper Heating Bills
