Duh thats exactly how it works. All the countries get together once a year and compare their one strain of weed they were allowed and the winner is granted world domination for the year. It's been going on since the 20s in an experimental confederation called "The International Confederation of Unadulterated Pot" or ICUP. Most of America's wars sprouted from this, such as "Indecision 59" when the lightweights in Vietnam thought their weed was the best after passing out from a grav bong of their annual grow before even tasting America's. This caused such a conflict that America declared war soon after. I'm glad at least McNugget is somewhat learned in this field.

To answer your question, Dutch weed came in 5th this year, behind Afghanistan, Brazil, USA and Canada. It has won the gold in 49, 58, 70, 91, 92 and 04.
