What are some legit uses for it? I mean they're making the stuff for something, right?

 

The Cops also use it for catching criminal chemists.

I don't think it is currently being used as an actual treatment. Possibly being used in lab research somewhere, but I think most chemists stopped flogging that horse in the 60's.

Besides, I thought LSD didn't exist.

 

it doesn't...but the precusor does exist.
