you hot dog! Damn sounds great, found this great link, what do you think of it?> so far? http://www.dhamma.org/
I practice freestyle meditation, a combination of mantra and mindfulness. Vipassana is insight meditation, firmly rooted in mindfulness. It is the foundation of my practice and I believe it is one of the simplest and smartest ways to meditate. Just take the whole school thingy with a pinch of salt, you don't have to do it exactly the way they tell you. But for sure you're in for a very nice introduction to meditation. This website gives you a great insight into mindfulness and the center of vipassana: http://www.meditation-techniques-for-happiness.com
