The Journey Begins!

Over this past week my girlfriend and I (mostly her, heh) backcombed my whole head. I still have my sectioning rubber bands on. But don't worry! Rivera is going to carefully take them off next week before they start to get "eaten".

I also got a chance to try the deep cleanse. I've been reading about it on here and hearing the raves for quite a while and I was dying to try it. And it was as nice as I thought it would be!

Any way, onto the few pictures I have. I don't have a very fancy camera right now so some of these are a little blurry!





I'll post more picture over the next week as they do their first growing!

the OG dread is about 2 months old...he's locked up pretty tight so far so i have high hopes!

my best friend has a "professional" camera and we're going to start taking some pictures, probably every three weeks or so to watch the growth so i'll keep the pictures updated!

u should take teh bands off of the tips.
they really dont do anything.

 

I'm going to next week, I've only left them on to encourage the little curly q's

 

i assure u that when u take the bands off, the tips will just do the normal thing and get whispy.
the bands dont help after the first wash or so.
