I just got a fentanyl 50mcg/hour duragesic patch and i was wondering how heavy it would affect me with my tolerance level.... I've never fucked with fentanyl before and not really sure if i even want to. but right now, i'm withdrawing from opiates and it seems like a goddamned blessing. i normally have to eat at least 5 - 6 lortab 10/500's at once to feel anything, and i have lately been drinking about 60mg liquid hydro from a cold water extraction a couple times a day. as far as oxy goes, i'll eat a 30mg and then rail 15mg more and that will have me feeling good for a little while. could definitely do that a couple times a day tho. i don't have a MASSIVE tolerance, but i do consider myself reasonably tolerant to opiods... enough to use a 50mcg/hour patch anyway. i'm just not sure.... i keep reading about how dangerous this stuff is and how many people have OD'ed on fent. it's really wigging me the fuck out. don't know if i should slap this bastard on or not. can soneone help me out? keep in mind, I don't plan on abusing this patch, i just plan on sticking it on my shoulder (where the pain is worst) and letting it go, just keeping an eye on how fucked up i actually get.... thanks :cheers2:
I used the 100mcg patch for a short time before. I think you'll be fine, just wear the patch as its supposed to be worn for the first full day to see how you react to it, you might not even notice it depending on your tolerance. Fentanyl is a powerful painkiller but IMO it doesnt have a great high, some people love it though, I didnt. And really if you are doing the doses you say multiple times daily then I think you are going to go through some WD even with the patch. It's better than nothing though.
You should be alright, Just put it on and don't put any heat to it.. It will take about 9 hours for it to hit ya anyway.. I've taken the 100 patch with your tolerance a year or so ago.. I woke up in the morning and was hammered. Fuck I loved that feeling. Dam now I'm craving a fent patch..LOL Anyway good luck..and have fun. Fuck, Did I mention that I'm really craving a fent patch..
well damn. i just went ahead and sold the shit to someone who needed it more than me. I was kind of scared to risk dozing off and not waking up, just to get an opiate buzz, which from what i've heard, fentanyl doesn't really give that great opiate buzz that i'm used to with oxy and hydro. but that's just what i've heard. i am glad that i could help someone get the pain relief that they desperately needed, tho. thanks for the info, oxyrisin and nikolai. it's much appreciated
Hey, for the first time yesterday, I saw the patches that do not have the gel in them. Could someone tell me or point me in the right direction to find out all about these? Is the only way to get them into your bloodsteam now to just stick it on your body?
In my opinion these are the best patches!! Congrats. I like to cut it into little strips, (from quarters to 1/10's depending on strength of patch and desired high), and then i take these strips and stick them on my gums. Mild burning sensation lets u know that the fentanyl is being absorbed superfast! it only takes less than an hour to hit you this way too!
They are the 100 mcg ones. That is what I ussually did with the gel patches tho... I would take out the gel and stick it against my gums. So if I pick up some of these patches with no gel, just cut them into to tabs and do the same thing? Basically treat it like its a paper hit of LSD?
I've never done acid, but yeah just cut it into slivers (1/4's or 1/3's for VERY tolerant (3-4 OC's a day)) or 1/8's or 1/10's for 40mg to 80mg OC users. Note, this will still be much stronger than OC, but not quite a speedy high in my opinion. Hope all went well. Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Lost track of this thread! use it as directed, put it on and leave it on for 3 days, and plz be careful bro there is enough drug in that thing to kill u 5 times.
