Is it Weird to Smoke with People you don't know?

weed is weird for me. it gets me super aware of the energy and intentions of everyone around me.

i smoked a weed/opium bowl with a couple friends the other day and we were with this HUGE douchebag, and it literally felt like hell. i was so uncomfortable at how fake and hateful and shallow this kid was that i started to get a panic attack; i was in a car in a different town and all i could think was "i need to get the hell out of here, this kid is satan".

and another time i was with these two people (who are dating), and we smoked hash. i was sitting there and it felt so pure and well intentioned, i could feel the love that both of them had. these are really good people.

so i guess it depends on the people you're with. it's also relevant to mention that i think these things sober, but when i'm stoned they get really obvious and pressing in that psychedelic sort of way.

 

many times i've smoked with people i've never seen in my life.
i work at a mall so i guess maybe that's why.
other stoners will come up to my work and then ask me to join their smoking session when i get off...
and well, i never turn down free ganja.

 

I smoke with people i dont know quite often... Ussually its a fun addition to the same old-same old with freind... For the most part unless the guy/girl is a complete asshole or not pitching weed in cool with smoking with anyone

But then again im not one of those people who finds it socially awkward and i do indeed like to talk when im high

Its only when the other person is condescending or an asshole that it makes me self concious enough not to talk

It can be awkward if they make it awkward or if nobody is a big talker while stoned

I have the silence thing even with good friends. With some I can listen music for hours but with one of my friends it just gets boring because (although it's nice to not have too much ramblings in good music) there will be no interaction at all . Same with watching a movie, although then it's more easily to bare of course.

 

Movies are best for dates and getting high

That way ya dont have to try and find shit to talk about when sometimes its really not working

Cuts down on the awkwardness

 

Generally I don't feel akward at all if I or the others have nothing to say when we're stoned. It's only with certain people. Perhaps it's the fear they'll fall asleep

 

thats actually what i hate most when doing either of those things.

mind numbing shit compared to actually going out and doing something

 

Depends on the situation of course... When im with people i know its fun to get into differant adventures and quests to accomplish things but with randoms it`s just not the same

Also for the first date a movie is good otheriwse it can become awkward and strange but once ya know one another it becomes more open to options

 

No its not weird for me, I've smoked with people I didn't know before. Once there were these dug outs at the far end of my old high school campus and these kids just came up and I was smoking anyway so after one pus left and my friend I went there to smoke with left we just blazed.

 

ahaha my first time getting uber high was with pretty much strangers (friends of a close friend), and their total stoners so they just laughed at me a whole lot when i was high, but hey it was fun, we all had fun, and some interesting conversations were made
lmao i learned that smoking with people is one of the best ways to meet them and get to know them lmaoo XD XD

 

Well if they are complete strangers I have no idea. Friend's friends aren't asses usually and I think it's a great way to get to know people.

This past weekend I smoked with two of my friend's friends and I knew them a Little bit but not much, and we really clicked.
