acola gathering report

well hello family
we had our second gathering up here. people started showing up on feb 27 me and my wife heard that and we went out and showed people where the gathering was going to be and we brought our 30 gallon drum full of water. since we were at scout council and vision council we showed were the boundries were consented on. on the 3 of march we pulled in and set up. the next morning i find out that forkman had signed the permit and had it expanded and the dates extended (at vision counsil we agreed that we had enough space and time for this gathering). being a seed camper i started to organize where shiter should be and we set up the coffee shop. i heared that forkman was in the parking lot and sent a runner to let him know i wanted to talk about the water tanks and food suply that he promised at vision counsil (he said at vision counsil he had 500 dollars for the food) well forkman then droped off a few people to clear out oz site (which was not in the consented site but the expanded site) and he did not come back in the woods he went to his house in town. on the 5 of march we scouted for main circle and had concinses of 12 and dug it out. i will post more in a second

 

i then sent word i needed to talk to forkman and went to parking lot then oz to find him and he allready left. on the 6 of march i finally run into fork and ask where the water tanks and food is and he telles me tanks and food are still on the way (this is the food he promised for seed camp) well some food came in and it was not the food fork said he ordered but he claimed it was. i went back torawds camp. as we are walking back forkman comes over and tells me news crew is there and hes gonig to talk i tell the reporter that one person can not speak for all of family (she wanted to talk only to one person forkman and she agreed to talk to both of us) as the interveiw was winding down food for main circle went by forkman aked them how much time they had and to follow him (he was trying to get them to film main circle) i yelled block and a nick at nighter seconded the block forkman said ok blocked. well fork man then went back into town for the night. the next day i ask forkman if he had money for magik hat he sain yes but it was on his bank card ( we allready had banking counsil set up he declined to be ont it). well when the food that was suposed to be for seed camp shows up he payes for it but then tells the banking counsile we owe him (we did not have enough at that time but he got payed over time) the monie he sad was for magic hat he never gave to banking counsil and i heard him on the trail and in parking lot say he was collecting for magik hat banking counsil never seen a penny from him the money and food stamps he collected went to oz and front gate (he bought meat and dariy with some of it) the stuff he bought did not go to main supply (in my eyes he stold from family) and by the way he camped at oz yes it was in permited site but not where family had consented before front gate showed up there was not one fight (and there was alcahol there before front gate showed up) and about front gate showing up forkman personaly invted them a year before at the first acola. this year he told every one before they showed up that they wernt coming and he never invted them (he was lieing like he does) my wifes blood family her brothers will not come back to any rainbow gatherings because as they were leaving front gate tryed to pick fights with them on three separate ocasions.(they were going to bring supplys for all of family)

other than those proplems (and a shanta scinea counsil abought a certien frontgater) it went great we had a gathering there are still people there because it ends on the 20 now (not what was consented but i had to leave wife and i have jobs in babalon)

i love every one that showed up and i mean every one even the front gate and forkman but if i do not stand up no one will

Can't say I'm surprised at Forkman. He schwagged me really good at Ocala. That was AFTER he said how much he'd like me to help focalize and become more involved in Ocala.
Go figure. I thought better of Fork.

I have one bone to pick with you....no matter how mad you get at someone NEVER EVER speak (or write) a brother or sisters name and alleged illegal activity. Don't you think the "man" monitors these forums?

Personally I think ACOLA is all wrong. My reasons abound but they've all been said by many others. Seems it's Fork's little ego party more than anything. JMHO...

One more thing....Forkman is my Rainbow brother. I will always love him as such. I think he's very misguided and I'll do what I can to change that. Not an easy task...he can REALLY piss you off! LOL

It was like going to a gathering 20 years ago. Little Hawks no longer with us (RIP) and A-camp was good. If your young camp around main supply, old family, and family with kids are camped at OZ. There's a great Dr. there that worked on my foot. THanks Big Time! It's healing now. OZ is the only kitchen feeding maincircle (Great Food). A-camp is cooking too. Wakulla Springs & Lodge State Park is where we went to swim ( $4.00), boat ride (6.00), lodge (95.00 a night), breakfast, lunch, and dinner start at around (10.00) but you can spend more. Folks it doesn't end till Sunday and it's small. Panhandle for a day and hitchhike there. IT'S THAT GOOD! If your driving please check the Dumpsters around your area for food for Mainsupply and pick out any smoked meats or meat for A-camp. I HAD A GREAT TIME. OZ needs oil to cook popcorn. A brother down there has set up at tent for the Homeless and I think there's a firering too. Forkman is a brother.

I've been to many councils but not this one, so I don't know. Forkman never asked me for one red cent. If anyone wants info on the back door entry (Byepass A-camp) just say so and I'll post it. If you love nature there's many places to swim, fish, eat seafood,explore, shoot pool and guns. Many times money and bulk food are taken to the next gathering.There was alot of great food but more is allways needed. If you have a garden thats producing anything bring some in. Peacefull me!

well i think its funny that every one who posted here is by passing the points i made in thread. and now almost every ones gone from woods people will forget what happened (i was on vision counsil and banking counsil and scout council) we were trying to have a gathering not just a party we are suposto pray for peace and over 60 did so it was a succses in that way but if we allow people to steal fight and bully family people will stop coming and then what? all im trying to do is hold forkman acountable for his actions this gathering but after these responses i guess no one cares but me it really was just forkmans party then and he will have to find some one else to scout (in 08 he tried to put us in a mud hole) and lay in trails and dig main circle dig shiters get water system for seed camp supply a whole kithcen with all the gear for a kitcen run a coffee shop do fire watch organize main supply be on banking counsil show the first people who show up where the gathering is to be (these are a few things i did and when i asked forkman for help he said "i called a gathering i spoke thats all im going to do you do the rest") this is the second gathering here in acola that forkman called for and the second time i stood up and covered his ass. he told me that i did not know a thing about gathering or family consinces or anything about florida gatherings. little does he know about me really then becuase if i know nothing how come i knew how to do all these things and why they needed to be done. its because i am a seed camper and i listened to many counsils in over 20 gatherings i have been to from regionals in california to wasington state to new york and floridia and to nationals that ive been at working behind the sences (not just talking but doing things for family)

4 years ago me and forkman had a vision to hold a gathering in acola and what i agreed to do i did and a whole lot more now i will go back to what i really am a seed camper and coffee shop forkman next year you are on your own. if you were truly my freind you would apologize to family for the things you did and said.

im writing this because some one in family has to stand up and hold us acountable for what we say and do.

You know I dont think its not that nobody is listening or cares, but more like what do you wants us to do?
Thanks for the heads up about some seedy charater, but I think maybe all the flame should be just left on the agr. We all know a schwag hippy, what are we suspose to do duck tape them all to a tree. how can family be held accountable, what can we do other than not deal with these people. I myself just dont talk to people after the first time they didnt do what they say, I dont just let them do it over and over , and let myself be brought down by their drama. Going on the internet and spreading info on a person even if its truth isnt helping, other than allowing you to vent. somebody said something about slinging pot for family benifit, we shouldnt be talking about that at all. Big brother is watching. I feel for you and also know deep down all of this probly did happen. All I can say is next time know better than to put to much trust in one person, after all we all are human, and not one is perfect.

If I'm still on the East Coast next year I plan on going to all Ocala and Acola councils I can. As far as any of Forkman's ideas go...one word...BLOCK!!!!

I love my brother Forkman. He needs a little attitude (and ego) adjustment. Might take some time but he does have some love in his heart so it can happen.

One would think that Forkman, after having watched Barely A Sackoshit crash and burn, would have learned that if someone puts himself in a position where he would make a good target, it is best to keep a low profile afterwards. But, apparently, he did not.
