What if knows and has known for years just doesn't talk about it?

 

I think I would.

I would be far too concerned that my father was going to give her AIDS or that if I didn't tell her, she'd be more hurt that I kept it from her and made her look like a fool.

But before, I would threaten my dad to tell her - or you'll have to. Might scare him enough to quit the other woman.

I'd probably trip out on my dad and he should damn well expect it, since we're close enough that I would NOT censor my feelings on the issue. But hell, they've worked through this shit once before on their own, something tells me they can deal with it themselves.

I would MOST DECIDEDLY tell my mom. BUT, after I've told my dad that I would tell my mom.

 

If my dad was having an affair and I found out, I'd probably get on my dad's case and tell him to tell my mum before I did. Same with her if she was having an affair.

Although if either of them did, for whatever reason tell me that they'd had an affair I probably wouldn't believe it they've tried to joke about it so many times.

But yeah, I'd tell him to tell her or else you will. Give him the chance to fess up to it
