I need some! I used to do Martial arts for 45 minutes, 5 times a week. Then it got too expensive, and I started going to the gym every other day for an hour every morning! Then it go to expensive, and I started working out in my basement 3-4x a week for 30-60 minutes. I would eat TONS so I could keep up with what I was burning off, and gained a LOT of muscle. However, I got a bad case of sick around a couple weeks before chrismtas, and stopped working out for 2 weeks.. Well, then came christmas, and I just didnt have TIME to work out for a week or 2, between all the family stuff! Now, I'm STILL eating tons, but I'm not working out at ALL! How do you motivate yourself to get moving? Wanna try to motivate me?! >: (
It already did D= I must've picked up 15 pounds since i stopped! Granted a lot of it is probably lost muscle.
When i want to get motivated i watch Rocky movies! haha I dunno man why dont you start martial arts again?
