how 2 find out if someone smokes

So a few weeks ago I got a random call from this girl that attended the same college as me & is looking 2 set up an alumni chapter in our area b/c we're several hundred miles away from our school. She said she just moved here a few weeks ago for a job & wanted 2 get in touch w/ some alumni's in the area. We ended up talking for like 20 minutes & she seemed awesome & I told her I would give her a call sometime to go do something & show her around the area. She made it clear that she drinks & loves 2 go out 2 bars. So of course my first thought after that was if she smoked. She doesn't really seem like the type that smokes since she seems like the stereotypical southern belle, but u never know. So I was wondering how would you approach the subject to ask if she's up for smoking/if she smokes? It's weird b/c w/ all the people I've ever met who smoke weed the other people have always been the ones to bring it up so I've never really had to ask people I don't know.

 

just ask if she smokes cigs. then if she asks you back if you smoke, say yes, but not cigs

dont go by what shoes she wears. someone thought i smoked because i wore converse sneaks lol.

just ask what she thinks about it. no big deal there

 

"Do you mind if I smoke up?" that's how I ask. Then you either get

"Yes I mind" boo

"Not at all." but not interested themselves

"Not at all, I smoke too!" score

 

Well why don't yo mention drinking, have her talk about that, and then ask if she smoke(d,s) weed.

 

"Have you ever smoked weed before?" no harm in just saying that. It's regular conversation.

 

hopefully you can judge the person well enough to know they don't HATE weed/won't get pissed about it.

Easy, some how work either Tommy Chong or Michel Phelps into the conversation. That way you will get an idea how she feels about the subject.
