I must say, I'm sold on their use. I've been taking them for a few weeks now(I did miss a few days), but honestly, I've never felt better. They made me throw up the first couple times I took them, but I stuck with it and am glad I did. If you drink that 5 hour energy shit, you should save your money and switch to one a days. I get a bottle of 50 for the cost of TWO five hour energy bottles. Fuck that shit.
I take vitamins when I'm sick. I don't remember to otherwise. But as soon as I start sniffling, it's 300% of the DV of Vitamin C. Didn't really work this time around....it's been almost two weeks and I'm still coughing stuff up. It's very attractive.
Mad Dog is up to 18%? DAAAAAAAAMN. I should've known that's what you were talking about. Not like you've made a secret of it over the years. haha
I never make that a secret I don't know why people would sure, its bum wine, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do and damn quick not all liquor stores here carry the 18% shit.... gotta look around
I've been wanting to start taking vitamins again for a while. If you've got your nutritional needs covered, you definitely feel that much better and energetic. I also noticed today that I'm weaker than I was last week's training session. So tomorrow I'm investing in a tub of protein powder and some multivitamins.
Around here boonesfarm is bum wine. The M/D is more expensive, I'm pretty sure. It's only by like a dollar and some change, but that matters to a whino.
I meant to pick up protein powder at the store the other day and spaced it, but I'm getting some today. I've just got to figure out what to do about heavy workouts since I don't have space for a weight bench and don't wish to spend "gym" money atm.
Aren't all multi vitamins created equal? I mean I looked at the back of the box and they all have 100% vitamin values??(Meaning the cheap ones I bought had the same "ingredients" as the expensive ones0
i never remmber to take mine. but i'm pretty good at drinking my milk. it tastes good and i feel awesome.
