I've been a few times.
Didn't visit much, just the British Museum.

I was staying more in the outskirts...were it is just as boring and dull as anywhere else in the UK.
I hope this trip you manage to see more than London.

I just wouldnt recommend it to someone to see on a visit to England as a foreigner, thats all Why? Because it has a Few Costa Coffees, a shopping centre or two and barely anything of much interest

Not being a snob. Its just hardly tourist destination number 1! Its not really breathtaking scenery so much as somewhere to stay for an hour and pass through. In fairness, even the Leicester "tourist" leaflets recommend places outside of it, mostly

England has a lot more interest to offer a tourist. Living there is another story

 

Honestly, I'm not sure if we manage to go somewhere outside London. I'd like to visit "the rest" of the UK sometime, though.. But I doubt we'll have enough time to go somewhere else. It'll be my first time in LDN ever and I want to see soooo many places and such.. Including Notting Hill Fest, I can't wait. Thanks for tip, anyway

 

Me? Well I've been really busy with school and such.. Uni life's crazy. Anyway, how have you been?

 

I'd check out the roman baths, great for photography if you're into that. And theres a pub in clacton-on-sea called the Robin Hood that has a chocolate tart with Raspberry sauce to die for.
