Comes up to me while I'm sitting outside the apt complex laundry and asks me if I smoke and if I want to buy bud. I'm thinking "wtf man, I don't even now the dude and asks me if I want to buy bud". What do you guys think of this dude?
Check out his bud, he might be selling dank. Like some random chick I called one time and meet up with for some dank
doesn't seem too weird.my bf met one of his friends like that.dude just came up to the group of kids he was with outside, and asked if anyone smoked pot and wanted to join him.pretty cool kid lol
yeah no, cops cant offer to sell you weed. they can buy it from you. and if you ask them for weed, they can bust you for sure. Id say talk to the dude. if worse comes to worse, and his bud isnt that great, buy a j anyway and smoke it with him, atleast you gain a friend from the deal.
fuzz_acid_flowers: ahahaha your sig link! I clicked it on accident, but watched it anyway. Pretty funny.
Yeah that might be a cool idea. If he's not completely insane it'd be cool to randomly gain a friend like that.
im a bit new to the site, im looking for a good mom that delivers to the uk, was a member of the zippybud forum a couple of years ago and would like to get back into the mom sceen. many thanks dudes
that's not entrapment. entrapment is when the police perpetually harass a person and continue pressuring them to do it after the person has refused several times. not just like, "nah ill pass..okay okay if you insist."
ok i did some research and you are totally correct. by reading the definition alone, i thought for sure that an entrapment argument would hold up in this case. in my opinion, the person who created the term must have meant for it to cover such situations. it has since been construed by prosecutors to fit their needs, and as a result has been deemed a relatively useless defense. also, there is no law against entrapment. a police officer can legally coerce a person into committing a crime and then arrest them for it. it is that persons job to prove in court that they wouldnt have committed the crime had the officer not pursuaded them to do so. thank you for fixing my mistake dronelore. this is just one of the many flaws in our corrupt legal system. it makes me sick. rule of thumb: law enforcement can do whatever they please and get away with it. there are basically no laws limiting their actions.
