Upside down? Did you see the You Tube video that came out not too long ago about Legalizing Marijuana do to tax money and helping the economic stand point, just like how they abolished the prohibition on Alcohol back in the last great depression due to the government needing to make more tax money. It's cool actually 1 out of like 8 people on the panel is anti legalization. And of course that dude was from Arkansas. I'll find it.....
