Looking for New Roomate in West Dundee Illinois, 60118

Yes I am looking for a new roomate! I live at 509 W.Main St in West Dundee IllinoisThe lease is up in the end of July so that is when I would be wanting you to sign with me if possible(i am already living here but, I would like your name to be on the lease, but things can be worked out!!!The place I rent out is HUUUUUGE! It has two bedrooms plus a computer room (that can be a bedroom), 1 bathroom (which the available bedroom is connected to) A dining room, A T.V.Room and kitchen! In Addition to all of this there is a Sunporch that is and can be used (its spacious filled with two chairs and a couch and also a HUUUUGE BASEMENT, which can be used at our disposal (their is a usable washer and dryer for laundry!it is 695 a month for your share of the Rent plus utilities which usually comes out to 75$ a month for both the Electric and heatin bills!Message me if your interested!!
