is this really the latest fashion for the opera house??

I don't disagree that a lot of people don't like it. People can think it's disgusting. I just personally think it's cute. i love the deconstructed look though, especially with perfectly tailored pieces.
I personally would have paired it with a preppy cream silk blousy tanka nd a tight pencil skirt.
I worked in fashion for awhile and grew-up in a very fashion-faward area, so I guess I am just used to all the crazy designs a lot of people aren't used to.

 

The again, if I were the first lady, i wouldn't have time to debate flowy versus pencil. Good on her for finding the time to get dressed. She must be one busy lady.

 

I am just sick of all the broke ugly ass men on here picking on women for every little thing. They need to get over themselves as their no pick of the litter for the most part.

I dont think the sweater is that bad. I've been debating whether I like it or not since I first saw this thread this morning.
I think it's the kind of thing that would look good with a pair jeans for something less formal. I dont know if I would wear it, but I dont think it's so hideous as everyone is making it. I dont like the way Michelle Obama's dresses but I also dont dislike it, it's just whatever to me, I've seen way worse.

Also I think Bella has a lot of pretty fabrics right now. Im not crazy about all of them, but there are some that I really like and even got some baby things from her. Not that everyone needs to like them or I need to defend her, but I guess Im in the horrible taste list of hipforumers since I dont think the sweater should be cut into pieces and then burned.
