removal of buildup

    will baking soda + apple cider vinegar do the trick?

    honestly, head and shoulders did fine for me.
    one wash and no more dandruff build up at all.
    and im sure that 1 wash with a non residue free shampoo isnt ganna hurt ya.

    what kinda builsdup
    oil dandruff residues frokm soaps and conditioners?
    that should do fairly goosd with all, but u can try added things to target your specific buildup
    if wax tho, ya gotta be extra agressive

    Don't mix the ACV and baking soda together otherwise youll be putting a salt with different properties on your head. I mix a tablespoon or 2 of baking soda with a big glass of water and dump it on my head. Then I rinse it out with water and then rinse with diluted ACV. Should help with any buildup. Good luck!

    i make tea out of rosemary and add some sea salt, tea tree oil, baking soda and a little lemon juice. it gets all the residue out. i dump it on my head and rub it around a bit. i leave it in for like 10 mins or so
