    Excellent find. If this goes down, I am SERIOUSLY getting off the internet for good. Big Brother is here. You're right about the two sides of the same coin thing as far as elected presidents is concerned. Change indeed...change for the worse!

    It's not just the USA, it's a technology transfer program.

    But this is the very kind of thing where the government is steam-rolling over private enterprise, and private property.
