get completely over my ex girlfriend. i dont know what it is but no matter what i do i end up in the same spot. i took some time of no contact for 2 months or so. then we exchanged emails now and again, i dated a new lady for a while, hooked up a few times while i was out of a relationship, and i still end up thinking about her and want to be with her.
they say it takes 4 months for every 1 month you were with someone to get over them...it really honestly takes time...i've been broken up from my ex-fiance for exactly a year now and i still hurt and i still get chills whenever i pass his house... the easiest way to get over her is to stop contacting her...i know, easier said than done but just try
