Do you use the equalizer on itunes/winamp/your stereo/whatever you use to listen to music or just leave it on flat?

I often feel like I should change it to suit the music i'm listening to, but I can never tell which one sounds best and usually just end up getting frustrated and putting it back on flat.

This one seems to be working, at least for what i'm listening to right now.

There's no "psychedelic" preset. Or any preset for most of the shit I usually listen to. and I don't know anything about this shit.

I don't use the equaliser in iTunes, I find it completely useless. I got decent speakers too, although I'm missing drivers I need to utilise their full potential.

In iTunes you can only set the EQ to ceratin predetermined category, and it's impossible to work out what's what. AND you can only do it individually.

I have shitty speakers. Mad Bass means you can kind of hear the bass, but you can't FEEL it.

I really want to get some nice speakers. I don't really have nice things, or many things at all or that matter, but if there's one nice thing I would really appreciate, it'd be some nice speakers so I could FULLY enjoy my music

My subs and speakers set up are for my synth and electric bass, so playing music even on extremley low, even with the bass turned down all the way, still have my entire wall shaking.

Can't you pick up some old bins in a charity shop or find something on ebay?

I'm about to move to a new city with almost $0 to my name, so speakers are not my top priority right now.
    BUT
lots of bartering goes on around those parts and I have a bunch of clothes and a dvd player, a tv, and an old cd player that I don't use, so I'm sure i could do some trading.
    yeah yeah yeah!
