Simple question I'm asking because of the first ingredient in both of these, i was reading on DHHQ (yeaayeaa) that it's on the 'bad for your dreads' list, but it's actually lie, but then again...i don't really trust DHHQ.
sodium laureth sulfate is pretty damn bad for hair, if not dreads...it's actually a type of detergent, not a soap. i'd stay away from that shampooh
the way I see it is, if you don't know the ingrediants on the label (of anything) then don't use it! The best products have pretty simple, natural ingrediants.
not only is it bad for ur hair, its bad for the environment.... blech... and go with Luxie, if you don't know what the ingredients are, then why use them? especially if you can't pronounce the ingredients... you know its most likely chemicals
Dunno, it keeps my current hair healthy, so i thought they be wouldn't so bad for dreadlocks, but i guess i'll just have to find a different shampoo. I'm kinda broke tho.
http://www.burtsbees.ca/webapp/wcs/...2498&catalogId=12452&storeId=10201&langId=-12 This is the shampoo I use, and my hair smells freaking awesome for days afterwards..... and its 98.12% natural.. its a little expensive, but for washing twice a week, last me forever...
The first one is Shower Gel - "Duschgel". So, probably not good for your hair nonetheless. 6 years of German in high school and college finally came to good use - even though that looks like Norsk or Finnish
The first one is shower gel, the second one is shampoo. I think i could just use water until i get a proper shampoo, that's not a bad idea, right?
Svensk I think. SE is usually Swedish. (No I'm not saying soaringeagle is usually Swedish haha ) Finnish looks nothing like that, it looks like a ridiculous made-up language with no logical connection to anything at all ever
it looked like giberish to me..even the english versiuon if you dont recognize nice botanical names like hemp chamomile and so on then id avoid it baking soda is amazing and cheaper then anything.. 1 dollars worth should last ya a long time but for comparison heres bronners ingrediants actualy its a comparison between bronners and other so called natural soaps which arentr so natural by comparison http://www.drbronner.com/pdf/soapstemplatepdf.pdf
DHHQ shampoo has SLS in it. If your on a budget (or not) I second using baking soda. Just put a tablespoon or so in a big glass of water and dump it on your head. Rinse.
It's not German. And yeah looks like way to many ingredients for my taste. I go with the principle the less ingredients the better. *edit, baking soda rules....
baking soda leaves my head all funky =/ like.. it has small lumps on it, similar to how it felt after i bleached my hair last year.
