Men, what should I do?

I was the one beaten up at school for years. It was just something I had to deal with. I didn't have any older brothers who would beat the kids up or something. It was hard, but I came through it.
I think you should give your parents and the teachers a shot. If it doesn't help you could just have a serious talk with that kid. Violence never solves violence.
