So you all think meth is bad?

I know it is a rumor, that is why I made this face . I just thought of the corniest thing I could think of to your friends friends thing.

 

im pretty open to personal, infrequent drug use. however, i would never touch meth or herowin. In my mind, the positives are greatly outweighed by the negatives.

 

This thread reminds me of rumors like if you do LSD 7 times or more you are considered legally insane by the government and stupid shit liek that. And they can lock you up in the nut house for the rest of your life becuse you are just so gone. Meanwhile, I watch people take acid every nite for a week str8, thats atleast 7 times right there, and then take it many more times after that and they are all fine right now, some still in school, most working good jobs. Well, some are crazy, but I don't think the LSD had anything to do with it.

 

I am not saying that EVERYONE who does acid is like that. That is kind of twisting my words. Everyone knows that not EVERY meth head is like that either. I am a 22 year old that makes >40 a year. I am not the typical meth head, although I don't use now. I guess my point has been twisted beyond my urge to make it clear. I know that most of the acid stories are wrong. Trust me. I also know that if you use acid one day after the other you wont feel anything. So it seems like a waste to use it seven days in a row... except for a stimulating effect. I wouldn't want to change the social status on meth anyways, becuase METH IS COMING TO YOUR HOME TOWN TO STEAL ALL YOUR SOULS!!!!

I hope no one takes any of this to serious. I am usually not a serious person. Just my opinion. Like I said, that is why I defend america. We can all have opinions even if they are WRONG! Peace...

 

Nothing wrong with it.
In fact, I think it's an amazing drug, though I'm not into snorting/smoking it so
I've only ever tried it over one short period.
However, the amphetamine pills are wonderful, I take them occasionaly and the
energy they bring on to help work and concentration is a nice treat.
There is a euphoric feeling initially but I wouldnt call that a high. At least not
after you get used to it.

 

Look, if you want to do some meth, go ahead. You know the risks. It's true that some people get methed up pretty bad on the stuff. I know some who can party and live a normal life, too. I'd just have to say that if you can do it and keep your shit together, great. Otherwise, if you get fucked up on it, you know who to blame.

I've known plenty of meth addicts, or meth addict's kids in my life.

I've only known one meth user than ended up well, out of maybe a hundred or so.

 

Meth in itself is not bad, no drug is bad in itself

The problem is the vast majority of people lack the amount of self control it takes to not become addicted to meth, and meth addiction is a huge problem

Methamphetamine though idk if I'd ever do, not that I don't want to, it'd probably be awesome, just the massive risk

 

well damn it even caffeine can kill you, so what the hell. Its impossible to say what a drug can do to you, who knows if you are allergic to something only 2 other people in the world are. Personally if you really think any drug is bad you should really be frowning on cigarettes for the massive accounted mortality rates from nicotine. 20mgs of nicotine can be lethal, where as 30mgs of cyanide would be lethal. Truly nicotine is poison.

 

Where did this come from? This comes up everywhere wtf??? Someone the other day just said that. He's not even from this state. That rumor must have been programed into a huge amount of our country

 

Note, acid stories from me refer to acid from 80's and early 90s', stuff that one blotter hit did you in for at least 12h hours +...

Do you also know that is the reason people stack when taking acid? The first day you take a hit, the second day, one hit wont do a thing, but two will... the third day, 2 won't do anything, 4 will... and so on...

When I was bigtime into acid, I would walk into the my local bar hangout with a novel in my back pocket, stuffed in the pages were at least a couple of hundred blotter hits. I would walk out with none by the end of the night. Nobody around me ever had any problems with it, or became any more stupid then they were before hand.

Now having said that, unfortunately due to the way the market works, what you buy as 'meth' and 'coke' and all the rest of the synth's, is usually NOT only that drug, and that is where the biggest problems come in. With weed, shrooms, peyote, (ie natural growing drugs), you can look at the product and see if it has anything added to it (to a certain point) or better yet, you can grow it yourself and know it is clean.

As for whether any drugs or such should be legal or not.. legalize them all, tax them... The illegality of them doesn't stop anyone from using them and here is a simple fact.

If someone chooses to do a drug, or take another action that results in their death for no good reason, they have just made the whole human race that much smarter.

All the other posts on this page so far make a lot of sense too. Most of the ones before were programmed responses I felt. It is good to know that some people look at it the same way I do. I don't think meth is good for sure. I just don't think that we should totally write it off as bad. If we did that then we would just be doing what the rest of america does to all drugs. If you get down to it, you can at least name one person who took it to far with ANY drug.
