New York Post,April 7, 2009,Letter from the Gunman to Syracuse TV station writes: ".....The first I want to say sorry I know a little English I hope you understand all of this," continues the neatly handwritten letter, contained in an envelope mailed to News 10 Now and bearing Wong's Johnson City return address. "Of course you need to know why I shooting? Because undercover cop gave me a lot of ass during eighteen years." The letter unleashes a slew of bizarre, paranoid accusations against police officers whom Wong, 41, believed were persecuting him, repeatedly breaking into his room, stealing from him, causing him to lose his job and trying to stage a car accident with him 32 times. "Cop bring about this shooting. Cop must responsible. And you have a nice day," the letter ends. The missive -- whose outlandish claims are unsupported by any publicly known facts -- suggests Wong was deranged. His only known interaction with authorities came when he pleaded guilty to forgery in Los Angeles in 1992 and served 100 days. Police in Binghamton have also acknowledged they had received a tip that Wong had been smoking crack cocaine and was plotting to rob a bank before the shooting, although he was never arrested...."</p>**************************The Binghampton shooting was a big tragedy and my heart goes to the families of the deceased. All of them! However, reading the letter from the 'NY Post', the gunman left behind made me think. Did the police provoke this guy and really pushed him over the edge of sanity? Mr. Wong, said he was being 'harassed by undercover cops for 18 years.' Police say he was ' deranged and paranoid.' Maybe that's true but 'just because you are paranoid does not mean somebody isn't after you,' the saying goes, right? Anyway, suppose the Gunman allegedly was 'deranged and paranoid,' didn't the law enforcement for 18 years notice there was something wrong with the guy, his attitude, a bizarre behavior? OK. Maybe they didn't because police are not trained psychiatrists but what about their superiors? Didn't the police report their 'investigation' to their upper echelon? The reason I'm asking all these question is simply because I know what the law enforcements are capable of doing. How do I know that you asked? Well, I'm under surveillance by the law enforcement since 1995. I'm being harassed by them. And I'm NOT crazy!
