Okay. I'm kinda stuck in a heroic loop. I had upwards of 300miggies of codeine earlier after getting stopped on the WAY INTO canada and not back into the us. CWE and a few hours later and i'm just rushing around cause they put caffeine in the apap/codeine pills to offset extreme sedation (nodding and what-not)

so later we get some hero. we split the cost, and both dole out our nightly parts. not much potency, but we were told this guy gives it weak first time, just to make sure we don't die. by the way, my tolerance has been waning cause it's been a couple weeks since I've had anything other than vics which havent really done shit but keep me from WDs (if i even would have had any).

some time later, it's kicked in but not much. what little codeine I had makes it feel like almost nothing. we both opt to take more (a normal occurence). now, over 5 hours since ingestion, i keep nodding, puking then being alert for some time, then nodding and puking more.

this has happened to me before, but not until the next day, and not multiple times like this. I'm drinking water, to keep from dry heaving, but my guess it that may also be causing me to vomit more.

anyway, does anyone have any miracle cures for opiate vomit?

really? I'll remember that next time. I got a whole 2 hours of sleep, but I'm feeling much better. It's weird, it was 48 hours without anything and my tolerance fell like a fat kid on a bongo board

And don't forget about the anti-nausea properties of cannabis.

Cannabis does that to you. Phenergan helps nausea. Promethazine as well. But in the end opiates make u nauseous. Boot up and drive on.

Here is a little nausea advice: Water makes you throw up more, remember that. And as a few others mentioned, cannabis is a wonder drug when it comes to nausea so if you have a little grass next time you get nauseated, smoke some and see if it does the trick. There have only been a few times in my life where cannabis did not help with the nausea I had from taking too many opiates so I assume it will work for you, too. Good luck and keep on keeping on, man.
