My friend just called asking if it's safe to bring green dragon with him on a domestic (US) flight in a couple days. He plans on putting it an a bottle of eyedrops and putting that in his pocket. I'd imagine this is much safer than bringing bud on a plane, what do you think?
You can't bring anything over 3 ounces on the plane. I doubt bringing liquid in an eyedrop bottle that's obviously not eyedrops is safer than bringing a bag of weed in your pocket.
well i think he said he'd just leave the bottle in his pocket. it's not going to set off the metal detector and i doubt they'd see anything wrong with it if they x-rayed it.
As long as he doesn't go off in the x-ray machine and get patted down he'll be fine. 3 ounces is less than 2 shots though.
Ya, he has it in a 2 oz white eyedrop bottle right now so you can't see through it. He said that xray machines can't differentiate what's actually in the liquid and the reason it's 3 oz or less is because you can't blow up a plane with that small of an amount, so they're not really checking the liquid itself.
If he does get patted down they might think its weird he took everything else out of his pockets except that. I'm high though...
ya im going to tell him to just put it through with his carry on and maybe have like 1 or 2 bottles of actual eyedrops in his bag too.
the stuff in eyedrops can make you very, very ill. i would find a better way to store it, since it will likely be consumed as a single dose i can't imagine it being safer to bring than herb. but in either case a certain measure of luck is required. this is certainly not foolproof.
