(...and remember to rip often enough, otherwise it won't be pain-free)

Nop, i'm not going the natural way. I just have way too many requests from my parents and grandparents to comb my hair.
By the way, is crocheting easier then backcombing? Can somebody explain how it works?

which is the exact same for any method

or you can rip very lil and let em congo alot..as long ass they dont get too thick they wont hur

ive never really had ripping hurt theyd either rip apart prettyeasy..or not be able to be ripped at all
the only time theyd ever hurt even saalittle was if they were pretty close to unrippable and u use a hell of alotta force to rip em

thats only happened once or twice in 19 years thart about 4 inches had congoed but not tight enough yet to be unripable..and that took months of ignoring it to get to that point..
in 1 month it will be 1 year since i ripped last

well dont really know about the need to crochet for life... Ive stopped crocheting and it doesnt look that bad and dont really plan to start over... bu I will not start the crocheting discussion again, also to dunnox as I have experienced it crocheting is basically twist and rip and then crocheting to tighten
