Okay, how about this one? I usually can't remember my dreams, but this one stuck out in my memory. In my dream I have giant hawk wings and can fly, but everyone is afraid of me for it. I am flying through an old town made of stone, and everyone is chasing after me, but I don’t really care, because I’m looking for my master’s library and spell book. Much of this town is built into the side of a huge mountain. And my master’s library is somewhere in the mountain. But first I fly up to the top of the mountain to retrieve my master’s spellbook. In trying to reach it, it falls, and me, balanced on top of the mountain peak, watch as an evil policeman reaches for it. I dive down, but am unable to retrieve it, and is arrested. I eventually break out from prison, grab the spellbook and begin my search for the library. I try many rooms built into the mountain an finally find a strange cut into the rocks, which turns out to be a door. I weedle my way inside and come across a old dusty library made of wood. There is also a ceiling over the town, It’s highest point is above the mountain peak. The scene is very dark and mysterious. Some points I would like you to consider: 1. In almost all my dreams, I can fly, usually with wings. 2. I am usually being chased by people angry at me. (for no apparent reason) 3. Recently, alot of the scenes in my dreams have very high ceilings, often I am looking for openings in these ceilings. 4. Most of my dreams are very dark, which is probably why it is harder for me to remember what they were... Please feel free to interpret, comment, or say anything you would like!!
maybe you should change your name from night_owl to hawk_girl. everyone hates (and fears) you because your a freak with wings. quite offen in symbomism, wings belong to messengers. ever heard of killing the messenger? i dream alot about darkness too. i advoid light of day/sun at all cost. the darkness i dream about, is not an evil type darkness but, a mystical darkness, that has an eerie glowing light it gives birth to. as for libraries. i use to work in a library and, i still spend way, way too much time in them to this day... i love libraries to no end. books and libraries contain information. libraries have high ceilings to have room to store all the information. a few libraries have "holes" in the ceilings to move information from floor to floor. well it is your dream... what do you think?
Yes, I believe that correlates to my dream. Thank you very much!! About the libraries: I can get lost in those massive storehouses of information, much to my mother's dismay. I share your feelings, and I hope I can work in a library one day, not as a permanent job of course, but part time. So.. much... information!!!! Oh, and I didn't know about the holes, perhaps that explains things, perhaps not. Thank you for your response! I actually wasn't sure I was even going to get one. I'm sorry for replying back so late, I just got sidetracked along the road of life. About the Hawk_Girl thing, can you change your name? I'll have to look into that....
