Horrible nightmare

Ok so i awoke this morning in fear, i had a very vivid dream last night that i stupidly cut my dreads off and instantly regreted it, it was horrible and then i spent ages trying to re-attach them to no avail, I was so happy when i woke up and felt my dreads still there that i have a whole new appreciation for them, make sure if i ever think about getting rid of them you guys all stop me.

anyone else have any similar experience?

 

LOL Jason! I had a dream like that last night I combed out all my dreads in just three bushes, my hair was straight and pink then I immediately backcombed my hair and I had new bleach blonde dreads then I was kidnapped by a UFO and managed to escape by hiding behind a sofa then jumping over everyone and running away, I found a woman police officer who then charged me for disturbing her doing her job!

 

wierd.... anyone else have a dread nightmare last night?

me niether.... but I had a dream that it was scandalous for my and my hubby to be together and we kept hooking up behind peoples backs... lol... talk about breathing new life into a relationship....lol.. I had that its all new feeling all over again.... then was woken up by him kissing me goodbye....


But in the past I had a dream I brushed them out and they were long and luscious locks.... and when I woke up I kinda wanted the soft silky hair back, then looked in the mirrow and was happy I still have locks!

 

I had a dready dream the other night. I put coconut oil in them and all my dreads came undone and I had normal silky hair, I was so sad!

 

I had a dream that the police came to my house and had a warrant to search. Before they came in my house I asked them what the reason for searching my house was and they said because I look like a pot-head then later in the dream I found out that they didn't even have a search warrant.


so yeah I have a fear of getting busted because people think if you have dreads then you smoke tons of weed
which is true in my case
but I love mj and always will

 

Last week i dreamt that my locks just started breaking off.
So when I woke up and still had them, I took 'em out for ice cream

 

Last night i had a dream that i was at a HUGGGGE metal show and everyone was crazy and running around this large castle-like-building it was being held in Oh and my hair was actually heavy enough to head bang with. Good times

 

I vaguely remember what I dreamed last night, something with school and my classmates and with dreads..., anyway I have dreamed once that my dreads were cut off. When I woke up I immediatly grabbed my hair and was so happy my dreads were still there, but that was like months ago.

 

i don't remember my dreams because i smoke mj before bed. there, that solves your problem.

 

mj gives me vivid dreams normally their awesome dreams idk why this one was so horrid. I smoke at least a bowl before I sleep so that I can actually fall asleep within an hour of laying down. I have a hard time getting my mind to quiet down. I feel mj is a natural sleep aid. plus I wake up earlier since I started smoking before I went to bed because I can actually get to sleep before 3 am.

fuck the thread. nobody else seems to care about derailing threads anymore. for me it is a sleep aid. if i don't smoke before bed, then i lay there forever trying to sleep. then, i get the scariest dream (the same one over and over again).

mj helps my dreams too. i dont often remember my dreams, but sometimes when i fall asleep on the coutch after my friends leave, i wake up a few hours later to move to my bed. those are the times i remember my dreams, and they are really life-like and real. when it comes to mj, norway is a tough place to be a smoker. expencive and hard to get, and almost only bad maroccan hash

 

right after I got them I went through this weird dreaming thing where I kept dreaming about normal hair and all the things I could do with it that I couldn't with dreads, and it made me miss it. And then there's all the staring I get, I dream about being stared at all the time. When that happens I usually smoke a doob and go on flickr, look at all the great things I'll be able to do with them soon and snuggle off to sleep lol

 

Anyone seen that part in passion of the christ where jesus is getting ripped apart by whips with blades in them?

I had a dream I met a guy who had blades like that in his hair and his job was to whip people... I don't remember much from it... was months'n'months ago!

 

hah last night i dreamt i was a james bond-like character( not exactly james bond, i was myself, an improved version of james bond if i say so myself) with the guns, gadgets and all the clever tricks in my sleeve, i even got the girl at the end )

anyways i too had the nightmare about me loosing my dreads some time ago. i think this is a milestone in one's psyche, when he finally acknowledges that dreads are a part of him, of his life, of his personality, and living without them is no life at all.

 

i agree with this, since i came to the realisation after the nightmare about losing them that i dont want to lose them at all. its great to have had that recently cause im in the awkward crazy stage of my hair

 

I had my first dread nightmare last night, it was weird because i thought it was real, I woke up in the middle of the night and my hair had turned to silky ringlets instead of dreads, and they all fell out when I ran my hand through them...
I thought it was true when I woke up in the morning, the first thing I did was check my head and was so relieved that they were still there!
