I have never heard of this before.

 

To be completely honest, my good friend in middle school and I would mastorbate together while watching porn that he swiped from his dad.
We never made it practice to view each other goin' at it, but we did it in the same room.
Only one time that I can recall did we ever look at each others penis.
And in that case it was only to compare.
We wanted to know who was larger.
Haha.

 

Oh, and to my knowledge, a circle jerk is a "gay" activity in which the men/boys sit in a circle and masturbate the person beside them.

EDIT: Though, of course, it could most definitely involve members of the opposite sex.

 

Wow man, open your mind a little. No one's 100% straight, even if you don't like to admit it. Just because you see another guy naked doesn't even mean you're gay, you could be curious about his size or how he does it. Young people are curious.

 

Exactly! I'm not comfortable doing that in front of a bunch of guys. I have done it several times before with other individuals one on one but we kept a distance from each other and plus I had no desire to stare my friends down when masturbating. It was just a freeing experience. I am in no way encouraging anyone to go try for themselves. You never know what issue a person may be dealing with. I thought that it used to make you gay but after trying it, it did not phase me but it actually helped me to overcome that that myth. For me, it was like "well, that takes care of that. Moving right along."

I am certain that couples gay and str8 use it to spice up their sex lives or intimacy but I had no desire to go to sexual levels with another man after jerking with one. One friend asked me if I wanted him to give me a hand job and I told him "NO! I don't do that with other guys." So after doing it myself, I can honestly say that it has not changed me at all. Besides, I still prefer to be by myself when doing it. I have two separate friends that I trust and feel comfortable with so if we get the urge to shoot, then we do it. I'm a man comfortable with his sexuality and know what I like and that would be wonderful woman to share my life with.

 

That is interesting. I felt a bond with my friend when I did it with him. I think it was because as guys, we knew how it felt, we trusted each other and had great respect for one another. I felt there was a binding just as you felt there was a binding with your situation. I definitely have a bond with my friend. We have each other's backs, advise and encourage each other in life, jobs, our romantic relationships with other women, kids, spiritual walks. No sexual desire for one another whatsoever.

 

I agree that it is possible for males to masturbate together without being homosexual. In fact, it is a ritual of growing up for more of them than anyone might realize. For teen-age boys to jack-off together is considered very normal in many cultures, including the American small-town culture.

It seems to be a rite of passage for them to watch other boys jacking off, to demonstrate their own abilities to their friends, and to even stroke each other in the process. All the friends I remember jacking-off with went on to marry and have satisfying sexual relationships with women.

What do you mean by "heterosexual"? Do you mean in a circle taking care of your own self or male/female crossjerking?

 

It's a rite of passage for many teenagers goince through puberty & adolescence, although it often continues into maturity.

Although it may sound contradictory, participating in a homosexually orientated activity doesn't make you homosexual.

I had a very good friend in college who is gay. One night he said, hey man, do a me favor and let's jerk off. I was like, well I don't know. Then I said, if he wanted to, no problem.
